Owner Dies Leaving Severely Neglected Cat With Horrible Matted Dreadlocks

An extremely matted cat was brought to an Animal Rescue after her owner passed away.

The neglected cat was carrying around extra pounds of what looked like dreadlocks.

The medical team shaved off her matted fur and she will be living with a distant relative of the deceased owner.
