Orange Cat Saves Suicidal Jumper In San Francisco

In 2015 in San Francisco, police stopped a man who stole a car. The man, who appeared intoxicated, took off on foot, and ran into a building.

Soon the man emerged from the building’s second floor window, threatening to take his own life.

He was on the ledge for three hours while trained emergency personnel tried to talk him down.

When that didn’t work, San Francisco police brought in outside help–

The man’s orange cat!

Upon seeing his beloved feline, the man was brought into safety.

They even let him hug his cat before he went into custody.

I think Police should consider adding cats to the squad.

Move over K-9 unit! We got the K@ unit securing the scene!
