The text over the 19-second clip reads, “POV: You adopted a rescue cat from an abusive household and your boyfriend shows her how to trust men again.” The video shows the man gently petting the furbaby as she watches him with admiration. At one point in the video, the cat, whose name hasn’t been revealed, also closes her eyes as she accepts the warm caresses.
Meanwhile, The TikToker captioned the post, “He also did the same to me!” and added an instrumental version of the song “What Was I Made For?” Replying to one of the comments, the TikTok user revealed the rescued cat is a Scottish Fold.
