Cats don’t open up early to human companions. They take their own sweet time to accept their new surroundings and new owners. But when they do, they surely let you know through their actions. And this is what a pet owner has narrated in the TikTok video shared on the @ringodanyan account. As per the clip, these are a few “Weird signs” that hint that “your cat is bonded with you.”
For starters, they would “turn their back to you,” hinting that they’re protecting you.” The feline would also “misbehave with you,” showing “they feel safe with you.” And lastly, the cats will “stare at you,” hinting “they’re checking on you or protecting you.”
And it seems, the owner’s 9-year-old Bengal cat, Ringo, does it all, as the pet parent has captured the feline showing all three signs in this video.
Looking at the signs, even netizens could not agree more. They shared their reactions on the Instagram post, with one saying, “I thought this behaviours meant she had disdain for me and saw me as a freak. So glad it’s the reverse.”
