The Kardashian household has grown by one more member, as Khloé Kardashian surprised her daughter, True Thompson, with a new cat for her sixth birthday. The reality TV star took to Instagram on April 24 to announce the arrival of the newest addition to their family.

Through an endearing Instagram post, Khloé, 39, expressed her joy over her expanding pet family. She stated how True had expressed her wish for another kitty to join their family — as per PEOPLE. Alongside the announcement were heartwarming pictures and videos showcasing True’s immediate bond with the kitten — named Baby Kitty. These included moments of tender cuddles, playful interactions with their other pet, Grey Kitty, and explorations of the animal’s new home.
“Welcome to the family Baby Kitty. All True wanted for her six birthday was another kitty. She is such a great kitty mommy to Grey Kitty. I know she will be just as wonderful to Baby Kitty,” Khloé captioned her post.
The Good American founder openly shared her initial hesitations about having pets but acknowledged the love and happiness they have brought into their lives. “Never in a million years did I think I would have one cat let alone two. But here we are and I love them,” she added. She humorously noted two cats are her limit, signaling no further additions to their pet family in the foreseeable future.
The Instagram post included heartwarming images of True bonding with Baby Kitty, showing True gently holding the kitten and smiling as the little creature explored her new surroundings.
