Video: Cat Goes Viral for Seriously ‘Making Biscuits’ on Dog

Bedtime at the @rosalinathepittie house is looking pretty busy lately. A new video shows Rosalina the dog and her cat brother just trying to wind down for the night. She is lying on a waffled throw, but her brother, Kendrick, is right next to her. He is kneading her belly with everything he has. It is late, and the lighting is very soft, but Kendrick is totally focused on only one thing. On-screen text says, “No thoughts only biscuits.” And that’s the energy. The Pit Bull just lies there looking like an indulgent sister. She seems very used to his behavior by now.

Cat is way too serious about ‘making biscuits’ in adorable video

Kendrick is purring so loud you can hear it over everything else. Cats do this kneading thing for a few reasons. It usually starts when they are tiny kittens. And they keep doing it as adults when they feel totally safe and happy. The cat in the video is definitely in a trance while kneading his dog sibling. “I have never seen Kendrick so delirious before,” his owner wrote. He is just in the zone.

He keeps those paws moving back and forth on her stomach without stopping. Rosalina is a Pit Bull, and her human calls her the Mayor of Frowntown because of her face. But here she just looks a little bit awkward. She tries to sit up at one point. And then her human pats her to stay still. It’s actually funny how she just blinks at absolutely nothing.

One person in the comments joked that she will eventually cave to the reign of the biscuit maker. Another viewer said the dog looks like she’s had enough and wants someone else to take over. She’s being very patient with a sibling.

Over 22,000 people have liked the post so far. The combination of the loud purring and the paw movement is just really soothing to watch. Someone called it the “purr and biscuit combo.” Another comment pointed out that those are some very serious biscuits being made on the dog’s fur.
